Handles on B10 cases are woefully weak. Needs much stronger stitching and straps.
My handle has snapped with minor use - with the case normally in storage or on a magliner.
Really not good quality.
The recycling time around 2s for full power is to slow and got even slower from B1x to B10x Plus. Outdoors and when I need big f-number I miss a lot of good moments in my people shootings. Please beat Elinchrom with their 1.6s 😉
I would like to have a one-touch expandable softbox like the Clic Softbox 2' (60-80cm) Octa for the B10 series.
It does not have to be magnetic.
I want it for a location shoot.
As we know, there are so many strobe companies now. Way less expensive than Profoto. As a longtime Profoto disciple, I’m gonna need more love. All the ideas on this forum sound amazing. Let’s put them all under one umbrella. Replacing broken strobes and modifiers at a discount. Credit towards new strobes on trade-ins. Refurbished strobes for sale would be life changing to new photographers. Reward your clients for being loyal to these products. Yes the products are better. No doubt. But in todays climate, cheaper lighting sounds more and more attractive.
Quite a few times I used two B10 with one deep white umbrella with diffusor for video, i.e. continuous light, in my case to avoid ventilation to start, reducing the light output of the B10s to about 50%. I would love an umbrella tripod stand with connectors for two B10/B10X.
Attach front glass lens, on the B10/B10X so that it can be replaced by the user rather than sending it off for repair for a few weeks. Could be similar to the B1 design.
dedolight uses »parallel beam intensifiers«, i.e. lenses that produce an extreme and focusable spot effect. This allows to place light further away or to use mirrors to put lightsources in very tight places. dedolight uses mirrors with different dispersion as light modifiers. To add this to B10/B10X would be a great help for videographing.

Add a magnetic mount for the 10cm mount from B10x, B1x etc. so it easy to add Filter, grids etc. to the flash. So it is possible to use gels with a softbox.
Make a thin border to not loose any light and that it is not bigger than 10cm.
